What material are they printed with?

We use an ABS-like Resin to ensure the model has the strength to stand up to gaming use.

What glue should I use?

Superglue is the best option for resin. Plastic cements will not work on resin.

How long until I receive my order?

Most orders will be shipped within the week, but depending on timing, order size, and any print failures, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

My model has a smell?

On occasion a odor will be present due to the resin and solvents used in cleaning the prints. This is normal and should fade shortly. On the rare occasion if it feels sticky or you find liquid resin, please dispose of the model immediately and contact us for a replacement.

Do I need to wash my models?

Short answer - No.

Long answer - Not for models you purchase on our site. Traditional resin models use mold release to ensure they don't stick to the mold. This release agent is oily and needs to be washed off before paint is applied to ensure it sticks. 3D prints do not use mold release, so washing is not required.
